Requirement confirmation → sample clothing development → contract signing → raw material procurement → mass production → quality inspection and packaging → delivery settlement (note: the entire process cycle is about 15-30 days, affected by order complexity).

合同签订和定金支付
代工工厂计算成本（包括面料费、加工费、配件费等），双方签订合同，品牌支付50%定金。
计算纯外协加工成本（不含面料费、辅料费、包装费等），双方签订合同，品牌支付30%定金。
最终付款和发货
品牌验收后，剩余50%的付款，由主机厂安排物流发货（可从其他地点收取货款）。生产周期通常在30天左右（每个订单5000件起）。
